Do not call the office if you are having an acute life threatening problem. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For all others, you can be seen within 48 hours, often same day if you are willing to go to one of our satelite locations.  Currently we offer appointments via telephone only.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Stop antihistamines.  Some antihistamines may require you to stop them at least five days before the visit.  These include Claritin, Clarinex, Allegra, Zyrtec and Xyzal.  Benadryl or some of the older antihistamines need to be stopped 2-3 days only.  Not sure if what you are taking is an antihistamine, check with your pharmacy or call our office.   Astelin, Astepro and Patanase nose sprays need to be stopped 48 hours before testing.  No need to stop steroid nose sprays.  DO NOT STOP YOUR ASTHMA MEDICINES INCLUDING SINGULAIR. 

Bring a list of all your medications

Bring a list of all your drug and food allergies

Bring a summary of your medical history, surgeries, hospitalizations etc. This will greatly expedite the evaluation process,  otherwise lot of time is spent in getting basic health information

Arrive 15  minutes before your appointment time to fill out paperwork

Bring  insurance information

You will need to show a picture id and a document showing your current mailing address

You will be required to pay  your  copay and any deductible at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Bring any referrals required by your insurance
